How many credits does each conversion use?

Standard BIN/CUE, ISO, and CHD conversions use 10 credits. RVZ to ISO conversions use 20 credits because they support much larger input and output files.

Do subscription credits roll over?

No. Monthly plans provide 300 credits per month, while annual plans provide 400 credits per month. Unused subscription credits expire when the monthly allowance resets.

Do credit-pack credits expire?

No. Credits purchased in a one-time credit pack remain in your account until you use them.

Can I convert one file without subscribing?

Yes. Upload and complete the conversion first, then use the one-time price shown for that result. Normal files up to 200 MB are free.

Do new accounts get free credits?

Yes. Every new account receives 10 free credits — enough for one standard BIN/CUE, ISO, or CHD conversion. RVZ conversions use 20 credits, so they always require a paid option.

When am I charged?

Only for successful conversions. Credits are deducted and one-time payments are collected only after your file converts successfully — failed jobs never cost anything.

What is the refund policy?

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@rvztoiso.com. Eligibility is reviewed based on usage and delivery status. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, and service-side failures are refundable; successfully downloaded digital conversion results may be ineligible, except where required by law. Unused credits are revoked when a refund is issued.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes. You can manage or cancel renewal through the Creem billing portal. Your current allowance remains available until its applicable reset or subscription end.
