Question 1

How many credits does each conversion use?

Accepted Answer

Standard BIN/CUE, ISO, and CHD conversions use 10 credits. RVZ to ISO conversions use 20 credits because they support much larger input and output files.

Question 2

What does the unlimited pass include?

Accepted Answer

A 30-day or 1-year pass covers every conversion format with no per-file charge, up to a fair-use limit of 20 conversions a day. It is a one-time payment; buying another pass while one is active adds its time after the current one.

Question 3

Do credit-pack credits expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits purchased in a one-time credit pack remain in your account until you use them.

Question 4

Can I pay for just one file?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload the file, then pay the one-time price shown for it and the conversion starts right away. Normal files up to 200 MB are free.

Question 5

Do new accounts get free credits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new account receives 10 free credits — enough for one standard BIN/CUE, ISO, or CHD conversion. RVZ conversions use 20 credits, so they always require a paid option.

Question 6

When am I charged?

Accepted Answer

Once, before the conversion starts: either a one-time payment for that file, credits from your balance, or your running pass. If the conversion fails, credits are returned automatically and one-time payments are refunded.

Question 7

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@rvztoiso.com. Eligibility is reviewed based on usage and delivery status. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, and service-side failures are refundable; successfully downloaded digital conversion results may be ineligible, except where required by law. Unused credits are revoked when a refund is issued.

Question 8

Does a pass renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Passes are one-time payments and simply end when their time is up. There is nothing to cancel.
